Ingredients:

  • 5 scoops Vanilla KidzProtein or Vanilla Grow Daily
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat over to 350F. Place paper liners in muffin tin. 

2. In a mixing bowl, mix together Healthy Heights vanilla protein of choice, baking powder, and almond flour. Once combined, add in the eggs, pumpkin, honey,  and water. Mix well until a thick batter in formed and there are no chunks. 

3. Mix in the chocolate chips.

4. Fill each muffin cup 3/4th of the way full. Bake for 25 minutes.

5. Remove pan from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
