How to make our new and improved pudding recipe kids will love
Who else remembers having pudding for dessert? Delicious, creamy, and always wishing the bowl would magically refill. Yum! Well it’s back and this time we gave it a nutritional boost. Fellow Healthy Height mom and RD, Edwena of @mylittleeater hit this recipe out of the park! She added avocado for some healthy fats, banana for a touch of sweet, and Healthy Height to bump up the protein.
This is a dessert you can feel good about serving your kids. Let’s get started!
Chocolate Banana Pudding
- 2 scoops of ChocolateHealthy Height shake mix
- 1 ½ avocados
- 1 ½ bananas
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender, scoop into bowls and top with bananas and sprinkle with chia seeds. Serve immediately or let the pudding chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
