Protein-Packed Chocolate Hummus Dip for Kids

No-bake recipes are a parent favorite on busy days! We partnered with Aimee, RD behind LoveFullyFuelSimply, to come up with a simple no-bake snack recipe that will give your kiddos the nutrients they need. Throw these ingredients in your blender for an easy after school snack or yummy lunchbox addition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Healthy Height
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa poweder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  • Add ingredients to a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
  • Serve as a dip with fruit, crackers, pretzels or spread onto a pita and enjoy!
