Start your kid's morning with a fruity, veggie-licious smoothie! We partnered with Andy, RDN behind LittleEatsandThings, to come up with this yummy idea that's also healthy, quick and easy!

Since our mornings are usually pretty hectic, I rely on quick, easy, and nutritious breakfast recipes such as this Tuttti-Fruity Veggie Smoothie!" Andy shares on her blog. "My kids are huge fans of smoothies! And I love them because they are a great way bump up the nutritional content and add in some extra fruit and veggies! Another great addition that I love to add to their smoothies is Healthy Height.”


  • 4 scoops Vanilla Healthy Height
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten



  • Add ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Add more milk if you desire a thinner texture.
  • Serve immediately and top with sliced strawberries, if desired.
