Veggie-Loaded Cinnamon Vanilla Smoothie

Melanie, creator of Clean Little Plates (and this awesome recipe!) loves smoothies for the same reason we do: they’re easy! “Blend, pour, and rush out the door. It’s why we need smoothies for back-to-school life!!”

That’s why she created this delicious, veggie-filled smoothie that’s also packed with protein thanks to Healthy Height’s Vanilla Shake Mix.

“Whether your littles are starting school this fall like my girl (cue the waterworks!), or they headed back to school, I think we all have some crazy busy mornings ahead of us!! I’ve partnered with @healthyheight to create a veggie-loaded cinnamon vanilla smoothie to fill them and fuel them for a day at school. This recipe is quick, nourishing, and takes about 20 seconds to blend up together. We don’t have much time, but we can find 20 seconds!!!”

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 2 scoops Healthy Height Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 1 large banana, diced and frozen in advance
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, grated and frozen in advance
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, or tahini if nut free


  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Blend
  • Enjoy!
