Blueberries & Cream Bedtime Smoothie
This smoothie is one of our most popular. We teamed up with fellow Healthy Height mom, Noelle Martin, she’s a registered dietician and helped us put together a smoothie that was nutritious and filling. Best part, this smoothie only uses 4 ingredients and we bet you already have all the ingredients at home. If you don’t, this is one of those recipes where you can buy frozen and/or in bulk so you’ll have on hand any time you need.
As we mentioned, good nutrition can really help with your child’s sleeping patterns, whip up this delicious blueberries and cream smoothie and get the kiddo’s on track for a restful night of sleep. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup vanilla Healthy Height
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/3 cup oats
Blend all ingredients together, pour, and enjoy!
