Makes one smoothie


  • Handful of spinach

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen organic berries

  • Half a banana

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop Healthy Height vanilla shake mix


  • Blend until smooth & enjoy!
