  • Two scoops of plain Healthy Height
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking steel cut oats
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • Vanilla, cinnamon and blueberries to taste (or other mix-ins of choice!)


  • Bring water to a boil
  • Add oats and Healthy Height
  • Cook for 7 minutes
  • NOTE: Depending on mix-ins, you can add after or halfway through
