Brighten up your kiddo's day with this sunshine smoothie bowl! We partnered with Kelly, mom behind @eattherainbow_kids, to create a healthy, quick & easy breakfast option that tastes (and looks!) yummy any time of year. This kids protein smoothie can be blended up and ready to serve within minutes!

Kelly shares "Looking for ways to boost your little one's nutrition in 2020? Smoothies are a great way to do that... like this fun YELLOW smoothie bowl situation with fruit, veggies, and extra protein + key nutrients from @healthyheight kid's protein powder which was developed by pediatricians!"

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Healthy Height shake mix
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 a yellow squash
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 6oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp golden monkfruit
  • Optional Toppings: sliced apples, walnuts or kiwi

Directions:

  • Blend ingredients until smooth
  • Serve in bowl with toppings of choice
