  • 1 1/4 servings of just add water pancake mix,
  • and 3-4 tablespoons of water.

Slowly mix the ingredients together, adding water gradually until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Be cautious not to make the mix too watery, so monitor the consistency as you add water.

Coat your microwavable bowl with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the cake mix.
