As a part of our money-back guarantee, Healthy Heights will provide a full reimbursement of up to $36.95 for the first opened product* (excluding Single-Serves).

*Returns for additional products are only accepted for unopened products and we reserve the right to deduct a return shipping fee.

KidzShake Return Policy

As a part of our money back guarantee, Healthy Heights will provide full reimbursement for paid cost (up to $25.95) of one chocolate, one vanilla, or one strawberry shake mix canister. Simply contact our customer support at info@healthyheights.com within 30 days of purchase to start the return process. Applies to first purchase of canister only.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping* on orders $30 or more within the United States. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and arrive 3-7 business days.  

We also ship to Canada**. We offer a discounted, tiered rate that includes duties and taxes based on the number of items you order.

  • 1-2 items: $20 flat rate
  • 3-4 items: $30 flat rate
  • 5-6 items: $40 flat rate
  • 7-8 items: $55 flat rate
  • 9-10 items: $70 flat rate
  • 11+ items: please contact us for a custom quote.

Canadian shipping is through Landmark Global: https://track.landmarkglobal.com/

Our Canadian shipping partner, Landmark, picks up orders on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Orders sent to Canada may take up to a week to process shipping plus a few extra days for delivery. 

*Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Tracking Information

We will email you a tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • Credit card payment issue
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await product or ship from an alternate warehouse if available. We will contact you if this happens.

 

Subscription Shipping

If you wish to pause or change your subscription, please log into your account soon, as any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your ship date will incur shipping charges to return the products to our warehouse.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO is available. Shipping to International addresses are not currently available. Our product is available under different brand names in other countries so please call or e-mail our team for more information.
