Chocolate Covered PB Banana Bites Recipe
Recipe of Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites
As an after school snack or quick dessert, this is a fan favorite. With high quality protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber, your taste buds and body will thank you for this treat! Let's get to it:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 bananas
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla Healthy Heights protein powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Cut bananas into 1/2 inch thick slices
- Mix together peanut butter and 2 scoops of vanilla your Healthy Heights protein powder of choice
- Sandwich peanut butter/protein mixture between two banana slices
- Freeze for 10 minutes
- While freezing, microwave chocolate chips in a small bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in between
- Dip bites into melted chocolate
- Freeze for an additional 10 minutes and enjoy!
