Chocolate Covered PB Banana Bites

As an after school snack or quick dessert, this is a fan favorite. With high quality protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber, your taste buds and body will thank you for this treat! Let's get to it: 

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bananas
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla Healthy Heights protein powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions: 

  1. Cut bananas into 1/2 inch thick slices
  2. Mix together peanut butter and Healthy Heights of choice
  3. Sandwich peanut butter/protein mixture between two banana slices
  4. Freeze for 10 minutes
  5. While freezing, microwave chocolate chips in a small bowl in 30 second increments, stirring in between
  6. Dip bites into melted chocolate
  7. Freeze for an additional 10 minutes and enjoy!
