Sparkle and Delight with Edible Disco Ball Recipe for Kids

Kick off the New Year (or any celebration) with this super fun Edible Disco Ball recipe! 

The easiest way to get your kids excited about snack time is to get them involved in the kitchen. Have them help out with decorated, and watch their faces light up!

Edible Disco Ball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Miss Jones Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 scoops Grow Daily or KidzProtein
  • 1 cup Lily's white chocolate chips
  • Silver edible glitter spray/dust (or any sparkly sprinkles you have around the house)

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a 13x9 cake pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk and eggs.
3. Mix in cake mix and Grow Daily or KidzProtein until combined, be sure not to don't over mix.
4. Pour cake mix into baking pan.
5. Bake for 17-20 min.
6. Remove cake once cooked and carefully place into a mixing bowl.
7. Mix hot cake until it comes together.
8 Roll into even sized cake balls, about 26 total.
9. Melt white chocolate and coat each cake ball, let them cool.
10. Spray or coat cake balls in edible glitter spray or dust. Enjoy!
