  • 4 scoops Vanilla Grow Daily 3+
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sale
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce 
  • 1 tsp vanilla


1. Preheat oven to 350F, line muffin tin with muffin liners.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add apple and fold to combine.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients. When combined, stir in the dry ingredients until a batter is formed.
