Protein-Rich Dark Chocolate Crepes


For the Crepes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Healthy Heights KidzProtein Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for cooking)
