Bring the snowballs inside with this fun recipe!

We love these energy snowballs because they are fun to make, crazy delicious, and most importantly very nutritious. Have the kids help roll these in the kitchen, and get them excited about snack time! An early morning or late night treat kicked up a notch with the addition of Healthy Heights Grow Daily 3+ or KidzProtein Vanilla.

Winter Energy Snowball Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops Vanilla KidzProtein
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine KidzProtein, almond flour, coconut oil (room temperature), honey, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. 

2. Use a spoon to scoop into ounce size balls. With clean hands, roll the balls until spherical. 

3. After the balls are formed, roll the energy ball into the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded coconut. 

4. Enjoy!
