Dosage

Using the scoop included in each package, for ages 2-3 combine ½ scoop of shake mix (13.5g), for ages 4+ combine 1 scoop of shake mix (27g) with 4oz. of water or your choice of milk and shake thoroughly using a shaker bottle for best results.  The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve the desired thickness.
