How much do I save with a subscription?
When you subscribe and save you get 20% off each order of Healthy Heights products.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel at any time at no additional cost. You can also conveniently choose to skip orders if you are not ready for another shipment or will be out of town.
How do I edit my subscription?
When you sign up for your subscription with your first order, you will receive an email with instructions about how to set up your Healthy Heights account. Our customer service is also available to assist you with your subscription Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm PST.
How do I add products to my subscription?
You can easily add new products to your upcoming shipment directly in your Healthy Heights account.
Step 1 - Access your Healthy Heights account.
You can access your Healthy Heights account in two ways:
1. Click the unique Customer Portal link sent to you via email or SMS.
2. Log into your customer account on the store's website.
Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription
1. Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add a product.
2. Search and select the product you would like to add to your account.
On the following page, you can make product and charge adjustments. When finished, click Add a product

Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Once logged into your Healthy Heights account, click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, click Skip to the right of each order.
How do I skip prepaid shipments?
If you need to cancel or skip a prepaid shipment during the current subscription cycle, please contact us.
How do I update my shipping address?
Once logged in to your Healthy Heights account, click on Subscriptions and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
How do I update my billing address?
In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address.
Note: If you signed up using Paypal and want to change your payment method in Paypal, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout. This is due to Paypal requiring a new billing agreement for any changes made.
How do I cancel my subscription?
At some point, you may need to cancel your subscription, even temporarily. This guide provides instructions on how to cancel your subscription through your Healthy Heights account.
Step 1 - Access your Healthy Heights account
You can access your Healthy Heights account in two ways:
1. Click the unique Healthy Heights account link sent to you via email or SMS.
2. Log into your customer account on our website.
Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription
Once you are in your account, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 - Choose a cancellation reason
On the following page, you will be prompted to choose a cancellation reason. Select the cancellation reason that closely matches your reason for canceling. Click Cancel my subscription to complete cancellation.
