  • 2 scoops of Vanilla or 1 scoop each of Vanilla and Plain shake mix
  • 4 oz of preferred milk
  • ½ cups of oats
  • 1 tsp. of Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  1. Shake up Healthy Height shake mix powder with 4 oz. of your child's favorite milk variety.
