Packing in protein, healthy fats, carbohydrates, and essential vitamins and minerals doesn't have to be tricky. This recipe contains Omega-6 fatty acids, fiber, potassium, calcium, vitamins C, A, D, B6, and many more! This smoothie is also a great source of both plant protein, and high quality whey protein. 

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)

2 scoops of Grow Daily 3+ Chocolate, or Grow Daily 10+ Chocolate

2 cups milk of choice

3 tablespoons of peanut butter

Direction:

Add all ingredients to a blender and serve, for added fiber and calcium add a cup of frozen spinach. Enjoy!
