Pancake Directions:
1. To make the pancake mix, combine Healthy Heights protein powder of choice, baking powder, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup milk, eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon and salt in medium mixing bowl. Stir until batter is fully combined.
2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of flour, sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 cup milk. Stir until fully combined - this will be used for the cinnamon swirl.
3. Place cinnamon swirl batter in a zip-top bag. Cut one corner of the bag to create a make shift piping bag.
4. Pour pancake batter onto heater griddle or pan in a small circle to make each pancake.
5. Starting at the center of the pancake, swirl the cinnamon mixture on the pancake with the piping bag. Flip pancake when you see bubbles start to form in the batter.
6. Once flipped, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 until all batter is used.
Icing Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you reach a smooth creamy consistency.
2. Place icing in a small zip-top bag, cut a small portion of the bag to create a make shift piping bag.
3. Drizzle over cinnamon swirl pancakes and enjoy!
