Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla or 1 scoop each of Vanilla and Plain Healthy Height shake mix
  • 4 oz of preferred milk
  • ½ cups of oats
  • 1 tsp. of Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  1. Shake up Healthy Height shake mix powder with 4 oz. of your child's favorite milk variety.
  2. In a small jar or bowl (with a secure lid), combine oats, 1/2 tsp. of sprinkles, and Healthy Height shake mix
  3. Stir or shake to combine
  4. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight
  5. Top with more sprinkles! Serve!

Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate Healthy Height shake mix
  • 4 oz of preferred milk
  • ½ cups of oats
  • ½ tbsp. of Peanut Butter
  • Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions

  1. Shake up Healthy Height shake mix powder with 4 oz. of your child's favorite milk variety. /li>
  2. In a small jar or bowl (with a secure lid), combine oats, peanut butter, and Healthy Height shake mix/li>
  3. Stir or shake to combine/li>
