Ingredients
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Grow Daily 3+ or Grow Daily 10+
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk or milk or choice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Blend Grow Daily, ice cubes, milk, peanut butter and vanilla extract in a blender for 30 seconds or until powder is fully incorporated.
