  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Grow Daily 3+ or Grow Daily 10+
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk or milk or choice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)
  • whipped cream (optional)


  • Blend Grow Daily, ice cubes, milk, peanut butter and vanilla extract in a blender for 30 seconds or until powder is fully incorporated.
  • Top with whipped cream for some extra sweetness!
