This recipe for overnight oats is packed with the protein, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals you can feel good about serving your kids. Oats are a great breakfast option because they are also easy to digest and will keep your kids full 'til lunch! This recipe is a perfect way to use our plain Grow Daily 3+ or Grow Daily 10+.

Protein Packed Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Healthy Heights Grow Daily Vanilla or KidzProtein Vanilla
  • 1/2 banana, sliced (optional)
  • 1 T peanut butter (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl and stir well. If you have left over Grow Daily or KidzProtein canisters, this would be a great opportunity to reuse them!
2. Add a lid to the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
3. When ready to eat, remove lid or cover.
4. Optional: top with sliced bananas and peanut butter. 

5. Enjoy your breakfast on the go!
