Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe 

Tired of your kids begging for your Starbucks? Make them their own pumpkin spice fall drink. 

This protein packed smoothie is perfect for fall - breakfast, snack, or dessert! Add flax seeds to this recipe for an extra nutty taste and a boost of healthy fats.

Here's what you'll need. 


  • 2 scops of Vanilla KidzProtein
  • 1/2 frozen banana (be sure to peel before freezing)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • whipped cream (optional)


  1. In a blender, combine KidzProtein, banana, pumpkin puree, milk, cinnamon, and flax seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy - add additional milk to achieve less viscosity. 
  3. Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and additional cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
