- 4 Tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Reduce the Apple Cider: Simmer the cider on the stove until it reduces to ½ cup, then let it cool.
- Mix the Batter: In one bowl, whisk flour, Kidz Protein, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In another, mix sugars, egg, vanilla, buttermilk, and reduced cider. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
