Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Is it a high protein snack? Is it a smoothie? Is it a bowl? It's all of the above! This smoothie bowl is perfect for a hot summer breakfast or snack. Packed with Vitamin C, Vitamin K, potassium, calcium, manganese, fiber, and high quality whey protein.

Ingredients: 

1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

1 cup spinach

1 cup milk of choice

2 scoops of Vanilla Grow Daily 3+ or Plain Grow Daily 3+ 

Toppings

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup granola

Directions:

Blend banana, strawberries, yogurt, spinach, milk, and Grow Daily together in a blender until smooth. Add additional milk if the smoothie is too thick. Add smoothie to bowl and top with raspberries, granola, nuts, or any of your favorite toppings. Your child's summer morning is fueled!
