Raspberry, Vanilla, and Blueberry Smoothie

Celebrate the Fourth of July with this nutritious red, white, and blueberry smoothie! 

Did you know different colors indicate different nutrients in our foods? That's why we are always told to have a "colorful plate". 

Here's a breakdown of the nutrients in this festive smoothie:

The Red: Raspberries

  • An amazing source of fiber (digestive health), potassium (heart function) and manganese (regulates blood pressure).
