We believe all kids have a super power, and we're here to fuel it! This recipe is great for when you kids need extra stamina. Perfect for before a big game or race! 

Bananas, oats, peanut butter, and chia seeds are all great nutritional tools to use when you're in need of some extra stamina. Super Stamina Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbs peanut butter, or nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop Healthy Heights Chocolate Grow Daily 10+
  • 1 frozen banana (peel before freezing)
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • Granola, fresh banana, chia seeds optional.

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until fully combined and smooth (15-20 seconds)

3. Pour mixture into bowl, top with granola, sliced fresh banana, and chia seeds. 

4. Enjoy!
