Valentine's Day Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Healthy Heights KidzProtein Vanilla or KidzProtein Vegan Vanilla
- ½ c flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ c sugar
- ½ c softened butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a blender, cream together sugar and softened butter.
2. Add in the KidzProtein, flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.
3. Now that your dough is ready, roll into golf ball size portions and place on baking sheet or parchment paper. Gently press down to flatten the dough.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
5. Sprinkle with Valentine's Day sprinkles and enjoy! ❤️
