Banana Oatmeal Blender Pancakes 

Whip up breakfast in 5 minutes with these easy, nutritious, and delicious blender pancakes! Packed with protein and fiber, this breakfast will give your children the energy to play, learn, and succeed. 

This recipe is low in sugar, high in fiber and protein, and a great source of complex carbohydrates. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop Healthy Heights Grow Daily 3+ or Grow Daily 10+
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon (optional)
  • honey (optional)

Directions:

Put banana, milk, oats, eggs, Grow Daily, and cinnamon in a blender. Heat skillet on medium-high. Pour batter on greased heated skillet to desired size. Flip pancake when you see the top start to form air bubbles. Drizzle with honey and top with fruit. Enjoy!
