This quick and easy recipe is designed to fuel your kids super strength, packed with high quality protein, as well as the vitamins and minerals your kids need to thrive. Our formulas are heat stable, meaning they are great to use during cooking while keeping their nutrient integrity. Directions:
1. Preheat over to 450 degrees F, line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Place olive oil in a shallow a shallow dish. In a zip-top freezer size bag, mix together Plain Grow Daily salt, garlic powder, corn starch, onion powder, and bread crumbs.
3. Dip a single chicken tender into the olive oil, then place in zip-top bag with the dry ingredients. Shake bag until the chicken tender is fully covered. Place chicken tender on baking sheet.
4. Repeat until all chicken tenders are breaded.
5. Bake chicken tenders for 7 minutes, then flip. Bake for another 7 minutes.
6. Once chicken is no longer pink in the middle, broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
