How To Make The Best Morning Waffles? 

What makes these waffles the best? They are classically delicious, but pack in a ton of protein and vitamins to fuel your kids day and keep them full 'til lunch! 


  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Healthy Heights KidzProtein 
  • 1/4 milk of choice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


1. Plug in your waffle iron to heat up.
2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until batter is a smooth consistency.
3. Once waffle iron is ready, spray with cooking spray, add 1/2 batter until it is almost full. (If using a mini waffle iron, this will yield appx 4 waffles.)
4. Close waffle iron and wait for it to go off before removing.
5. Repeat until all 2 or 4 waffles are made! Serve and enjoy with your choice of toppings!
